Corporate Health & Wellness

A healthy workforce is a productive one! Many studies detail the amazing effects yoga, mindfulness, breathing, good nutrition, and positive thinking can have on a person. In my corporate-wellness sessions, I come to your business for “Wellness Breaks,” where employees take a pause in their busy schedules to breathe, move, and reset. They emerge with renewed energy and can tackle the day’s tasks with improved performance and attitude

Yoga Parties

Mama’s brunch, girl’s (or guy’s) night out, couples happy hour, pre-surf gathering, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays…. any occasion to celebrate is an occasion to do yoga! Amplify the vibe of your get together by practicing yoga with your friends, family, loved ones, and community. I have celebrated milestone birthdays with families, organized a bridal party class the morning of the wedding, hosted weekly wellness luncheons, and led sunset sessions on the beach. These parties can also be combined with private catering for a full-service unforgettable event!

Private Classes

Individual sessions are perfect for the student who is looking for more personalized instruction. We begin each session by checking in to see how you are feeling in body and mind. I create a class that is designed specifically for you and your needs. Some students have come to me with issues such as sciatica, shoulder pain, hip/low back discomfort, etc., and we can work together through a series of therapeutic asana that helps alleviate common pains. Private group sessions for families or close friends are also available.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is such a gift to mamas to be! This class is an opportunity to relax, let go of the worries that often accompany pregnancy, alleviate common aches and pains, and prepare for labor. I enjoyed practicing yoga throughout my pregnancies and felt such relief each time I could drop into myself and connect with my baby on the mat. I am trained in Prenatal Yoga through Ma Yoga and have taught hundreds of women during their pregnancies.

Mama & Me

Baby and Me classes are so special, and I am so grateful for being able to lead them with each of my babies. These sessions are a beautiful way to spend one-on-one time with your new baby, as well as connect to other new mamas. Baby & Me classes can be with a group of new moms, or just with you and your baby, at the park, in the studio, or in your home.

Kids Yoga

As a mother of three young children, I am always looking for creative and fun ways to add the teachings of yoga into our daily family life. I have experience teaching in my children’s preschool, where we incorporate breathing, animals, mindfulness, self-love, play, and movement into kids’ classes. I can come to your preschool or school for short classes to help children grow and learn more effectively, or to your home to host a birthday party with a special yoga class for their friends.
