Intentions + Commitment
Namaste, friends!
We did it! We made it through what is most likely going to go down as one of the craziest years we all experienced in our lifetime. And, although we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, we are not returning back to "normal" life just yet.....
I love the beginning of a New Year, and this year I feel especially ready to start anew, with renewed COMMITMENT to the practices that feed my soul and are nourishing and healthy. As most of you know, I'm a firm believer in setting intentions, rather than resolutions, as well as setting small, attainable goals, and revisiting them month by month throughout the year.
So, for the first month of 2021, our theme is COMMITMENT. What are you committing to this month that will help you feel fulfilled, nourished, and healthy? What practices are you going to invite into your life to help you find more peace, space, and self love? Maybe we can make commitments together to shift away from habits and patterns that deplete us, and replace them with practices that restore and replenish us.

Feeling intimidated by obstacles >>>> Motivation to overcome them

Judging myself for not being productive >>>> Being patient with myself + prioritizing self care
It also helps to voice your commitments on paper, to yourself, or to someone you love. So, here you go, friends, I'm excited to continue this journey of self love, care, and discovery with YOU.
